At 9ATELIER, every piece is crafted with precision, care, and devotion. Our garments are produced either as bespoke (made-to-measure) or ready-to-wear items. Because of the artisanal nature of our work, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility
Only unused and undamaged ready-to-wear items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify:

The item must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

All tags and labels must remain intact.
Important:
Bespoke, made-to-order, or customized garments (including all bridal, couture, and fitted pieces) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as each is created exclusively for the individual client.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at

within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship your item back.
The return must be shipped within 5 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item received was defective, or
-
An incorrect product was sent by mistake.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:

Be in unused, undamaged condition.

Include all original packaging, garment bags, and tags.
We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that do not meet these criteria.
