At 9ATELIER, each piece is handcrafted with exceptional care in our Dubai atelier.

Because many of our garments are made to order, delivery times vary depending on the design, production schedule, and destination.

 

 

 

1. Production & Processing Time

 

 

  • Bespoke and made-to-order pieces require 2–4 weeks for creation before shipping.

  • Ready-to-wear and accessories are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 


Every order is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for international transit to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

 

 

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

 


We ship worldwide from Dubai using trusted partners such as DHL Express and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • UAE: 1–2 business days

  • GCC countries: 2–4 business days

  • Europe & USA: 5–7 business days

  • Rest of world: 7–10 business days

 


Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen courier disruptions.

 

 

 

3. Shipping Fees

 

 

  • UAE orders over AED 1,000: Complimentary express shipping.

  • International orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

 

 

 

4. Packaging & Presentation

 


Each 9ATELIER piece is delivered in our signature couture packaging — carefully wrapped and protected to maintain its form and finish.

For bridal pieces and bespoke garments, premium garment bags and care instructions are included.
